Not all Bad

I have now purchased 5 pairs of Jordan 1s from Pro direct and a football kit from Pro direct soccer. I have been very happy with every purchase and so much so that I have told friends about the site if they are looking for genuine Jordans at a good price. Only issue and it isn't really that a big deal for me, is that they send the trainers in their Jordan box and then just a bag. No protection of the Jordan box, which is a bit of an issue for my partner but not me.
It's not enuff of an issue for me to not want to save what I'm saving on Jordans by buying them from Pro direct

Do not order from this company!

Pre ordered an item on the 4th of June for 8th of June release. Spoke to Beth 2 days ago and was told that the stock had arrived and item would be sent out shortly. Today I received a cancellation email saying that they had no stock and that I would be refunded. Spoke to Scarlet this morning who said that they had never even received any stock and to say didn't seem arsed is an understatement! No way to call them, online chat only. Avoid!!!

Terrible experience poor customer service

This company is pathetic. They took my money and emailed me confirmation of delivery and nothing arrived. The link to track didn't work their communication is awful. Anyone thinking to use these folks I would advise you to find an alternate. This is exactly why large efficient corporations are crushing poor performing small companies. Fail fail fail.

Late again. Still not arrived.

Second item in a row that’s not arrived on time. The other item was released on 1/6. No email yet to say it’s even been posted so no doubt will take a long time too. Service seems to be getting worse. No doubt Covid will be the excuse. It’s been long enough now to revise expected delivery dates.

Ive ordered many items before and never had a problem, unfortunately this time my daughter ordered a new ball for her birthday and it arrived misshaped and even after pumping it right up and re gauging to correct psi it was egg shaped at best and will not roll straight :(

5* Pre Brexit, 2* after

Quality products, no doubt. Been my only source of GK Gloves from Sells, Adidas and Reusch the last 5 years. Same goes for shoes and other training equipment. Before brexit, 100% 5* company, after Brexit absolute shambles of a service. Claim to offer Express delivery, they dont. Not one order have arrived within 3 weeks after the "promised" delivery date and the longest wait was 8 weeks. Contacting customer service is a waste of time as they dont seem to understand they are no longer a part of EU and they do not know what is offered as delivery offers anymore. If your order is not to big, you are allowed to check out with Standard Delivery as option ONLY, be aware, it will not arrive even close to the set delivery date. Expect 2-10 weeks delay. If you order is "to big" as in size, you are not allowed to check out, so you have to make multiple orders to be able to get the orders completed, but then again, you can end up like me, wanting to order 2 pairs of shoes and two pairs of Sells Gloves, to wait for no update about two packages for weeks and weeks without any help. Standard answer, "you chose Standard delivery so there is nothing we can do". I guess they dont test their system. 5 years, 20+ shoes, 40+ gloves, loads of training clothes and lots of well spent money with this company, and I am now sadly done. They was never cheaper then what I could get down here, I just loved the option to online shop with all the quality they had, as products are quality and UK residents are lucky to have this option. Me after brexit, not so much.
EDIT: Let me be clear. Talking with customer service transit or teamwear department via mail is absolutely amazing, and they are extremely helpful. My problem is with the people you reach via the chat where they continue to state "facts" that are facts before Brexit and refuse to listen to the experience. I have been told that they are working on getting express delivery back, and I will welcome that with open arms. This is a quality company, as my title states, but now due to the challenges they face with only Postal Delivery to EU Countries, it is not reliable and you cant base your equipment on their delivery dates, something I always could before.
